The Original Oyster

While in Jersey, I had the chance to, not only go to the beach (IN OCTOBER, yes! Who would have known!?) but also eat a lot of seafood. I was brought to ''The Original Oyster,'' a rustic restaurant set on the coast of New Jersey. You have the choice to eat either inside or outside on the deck (they even have a firepit where you can hang out and have a drink!).

The food was exquisite. The seafood was really fresh (obviously because it is caught on a daily basis) and the service was great. They have many choices (even for the seafood haters, like my boyfriend), I had a really hard time to pick what I wanted to eat!!

The prices are a bit high, it's not a place I would return every week (well, living in Montreal is also the second reason) but for the price you pay, the food was really good and the service was great.
