[Disclaimer, my english might not be as good before, but I'll do my best!] I'm sorry for being selfish and eat without sharing my food experience with you! I've been heartbroken and going through a rough patch, but I'm doing much better now! Let's start by posting about a really good restaurant I've been to: Le Taj, Indian Cuisine. I've heard alot of positive feedback about this place, how authentic and delicious the food is and also, I've never ate Indian in my life, so it was a great opportunity.

For appertizer, I ordered the Samosa, which is seasonned vegetables wrapped in fine flour dough and fried flaky golden. It was really good, I'm not a big fan of fried things, but it was thin enough to enjoy what was inside (not take over all the flavor of the Samosa) and it wasn't really greasy! Also I got the Pea Soup which had a little bit of spice, but was still very delicious and creamy, perfect for our winters here in Quebec.

Next, for entrees, we ordered the Chicken Curry (I love love loveeee asian curry and was excited to see how good the indian one would be!), it wasn't as spicy as I expected it the dish to be, which was good, because I can't handle too much spice! And also we got the Butter Chicken. It was AMAZING! It was melting inside my mouth, it was so creamy and flavourful.. You had no idea how much pleasure I had to eat that plate... I almost ate everything and didn't share it aha.

Oh man.. Le Taj is making me crave for Indian cuisine almost everyday now, almost as much as sushi! THIS IS BAD!!!

Okkkkk enough pictures, LET'S EAT!
